Project Scope
Tilt-Up
The tilt-wall building technique was utilized to accelerate construction and the scope included 32 ft. interior clear ceiling height, ESFR sprinkler system/fire protection, fire pump, and site/utility prep work.
Spec Office Fit-Out
A spec office was added to the project and included a 2,300 sf fit-out of a suite with two offices, open office, lobby, executive suite, restrooms, storage, and break room. The scope covered partitions, flooring, painting, ceilings, millwork, and MEPs.
