Project Scope

Phased Renovation
Rycon renovated Pitt’s largest dining facility in multiple phases over two consecutive summer breaks.
Kitchen & BOH
The scope encompassed front and back of house renovations, lobby work, and replacing the existing dining hall with food concepts to accommodate diverse preferences including a c-store, Kosher Korner, Food Truck Incubator, Unwind, Briny Pickle, Farm Stand, Flourish, Table 33, and Kokumi. Each venue has their own equipment and POS systems.
Infrastructure
Features included a new entrance, enlarged windows, mixed seating, and complete infrastructure upgrades to the systems.
