Rycon converted a former YMCA into a new three-floor state-of-the-art UFC GYM.
Project Scope
Infrastructure
Work included selective demo, framing to infill an indoor pool, installation of a new storefront system and glass partitions, fit-outs for a gym and Jiu Jitsu mat room, new RTU systems, MEP upgrades, and renovation of an elevator car.
Fitness & Recovery
The space features a main weight room, boxing room, training gym and ring with indoor turf, MMA training gym, Octagon fighting ring, locker room, ArmBar™ cafe, and recovery suite with a cryotherapy chamber room and heating cocoon pod.
