Project Scope

Demo & Build-Out
An existing grocery store was selectively demolished and built-out for The Fresh Market.
Kitchen & BOH
The new store has a department for deli, meat/seafood, produce/floral, and bakery with coolers and freezers. Back-of-house work included prep areas, receiving, and equipment platform.
Exterior Upgrades
Exterior items consisted of a grease trap and storage, sanitary service, recycling bins and rooftop items included new exhaust fans, RTUs, and condensing unit.
