Project Scope

Multi-Building
This project included the construction of four ground-up buildings inclusive of a 78,000 sf three-story self-storage building, a 12,000 sf single-story self-storage building, a 5,200 sf single-story self-storage building, and a 1,400 sf single-story office building.
Site Work
The scope included site work, site/building concrete, load bearing systems, cold-formed framing, CMU, structural steel, metal cladding, metal framing, drywall, and associated HVAC/MEP systems.
540 Lockers
A total of 540 lockers is spread throughout the buildings.
