Project Scope

Renovation
This project consisted of a complete remodel of an existing vacant warehouse into a new self-storage facility.
Exterior Upgrades
The exterior scope included demo of a chain link fence and loading docks, new concrete with asphalt overlay, stair handrails and guardrails, storefront, paint, and concrete patching. Interior work was comprised of drywall, ceilings, polished concrete, white ceramic cove base, and paint.
Repeat Client
Rycon completed four projects for 10 Federal Storage in a one-year span.
