Occupied High-Rise
A national law firm that occupies the entire 33rd floor of One PPG Place received an enhanced office space.
Renovation
Work included selective demolition, MEP and fire alarm system upgrades, new finishes, paint, casework, and lighting. Private offices line the perimeter of the 14,700 sf high-end space, along with multiple conference rooms, a machine room, cafe/kitchen, work lounge area, restrooms, and reception.
