Project Scope

Occupied High-Rise
Located on the 24th floor of a 40-story skyscraper, this high-end office space features multiple client conference rooms, a kitchen/cafe, and a mix of private and open offices.
MEP Upgrades
The scope involved a full reconfiguration of the floor plan, along with the extension and integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support the new layout.
Craftworks USA
The finish carpentry package was fabricated in-house by Rycon’s Craftworks USA. Key features include a lacquer-paneled reception wall, custom marble-topped desk with oak veneer, and a carbon steel open shelving unit.
