Project Scope

Conversion
Rycon converted a former furniture store at the rejuvenated Homestead Plaza into a new Sprouts Farmers Market.
Kitchen & BOH
Known for its organic, natural, healthy, and locally sourced foods, the grocery store has a full-service kitchen, bakery, and deli/meat counter.
Refrigeration
Work consisted of demo, interior finishes, storefront, MEP upgrades, and an entire system of coolers and freezers.
