Project Scope

Renovation
This project consisted of the renovation of an existing Subway restaurant within Tinsley Hall.
MEP Upgrades
Work included selective demolition, drywall, epoxy flooring, MEP upgrades, finishes, equipment connections, storefront modifications, and new exterior sidewalk.
Repeat Client
Rycon has completed construction projects across the US for Aramark.
