Project Scope

Renovation
An existing dining center was enhanced to improve circulation and program offerings with a new variety of eateries such as Moe’s, Chick-fil-A, True Balance, and more.
Kitchen & BOH
Work included selective demo, MEP upgrades, new finishes, casework repair, new partitions, ceilings, kitchen exhaust hoods, kitchen equipment, and structural improvements.
Fast-Track Schedule
The work was completed on an aggressive fast-track schedule over summer break.
