Ground-Up
These ground‑up, multi‑story self‑storage facilities accommodate up to 1,667 lockers.
Climate-Controlled
The climate‑controlled structures are typically built using a combination of structural steel and cold‑formed, load‑bearing metal framing, with facades that may include EIFS, brick veneer, metal panels, and storefront systems.
Site Work
Other scope items typically included a full site work package with state highway work, interior finishes, fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
