This new branch features steel joists and decking, CMU walls, aluminum storefront, exterior facade systems, Nichiha FCP, metal canopies, and all associated infrastructure.

LEED Certified
Designed to achieve LEED Certification, the interior includes a waiting area, collaborative space, conference room, hub, flex office, gathering lounge, work and cash rooms, break room, restrooms, and a lobby with 24-hour access to two (2) ATMs.
Site Work
Site work included grading, utilities, concrete, a transformer pad, lighted bollards, and landscaping.
