Ground-Up

This ground-up academy building is dedicated to the HVAC and construction electricity programs. The structure features strip and spread footings, wall trench footings, concrete slab‑on‑grade, structural steel, CMU walls, galvanized HSS screen walls, mezzanine, and a metal roof deck with a TPO membrane, along with all supporting infrastructure.

Site Work

Site work included utilities, grading, stormwater protection, a concrete pad for the storage area, landscaping, and a covered sidewalk.

Mezzanine

The building contains an HVAC lab, an electricity lab, and a mezzanine for classrooms, an office, restrooms, and storage.
