Project Scope

Ground-Up
Located on airport grounds, this new 488’ x 100’ facility features a rubber roof, metal panel siding, and four oversized 24’ x 16’ garage doors. It provides 29 parking spaces for equipment, helping to extend the lifespan of these high-value assets.
Wash System
Upon entry, trucks pass through a high-pressure undercarriage spray system that removes frozen snow and chemicals. After cleaning, each vehicle is parked in one of the 21’ x 59’ designated bays.
Repeat Client
Rycon has completed 30+ projects at Pittsburgh International Airport since 1992.
