Project Scope

Renovation
Rycon converted part of a former baggage claim area into a new convenience store on the airport’s landside.
MEP Upgrades
Work included demo, framing, drywall, paint, tile, and new MEP equipment. The framing and drywall work was self-performed.
Repeat Client
Rycon has completed four projects for 7-Eleven and many additional projects at Pittsburgh International Airport.
