Fit-Out
This fit-out created a space designed for advanced genomics research.
Dry Labs
The scope included three genomics dry labs, support areas, offices, a conference room, and a walk-in refrigeration cooler, along with new partitions, finishes, and full MEP system upgrades.
Fast-Track Schedule
The project was completed on a fast-track schedule while adjacent spaces remained fully occupied.
