Project Scope

Pod-Style Bathrooms
The project modernized and privatized six restrooms across two floors by replacing outdated facilities with modern, fully accessible, gender-neutral pod-style bathrooms. Each unit is a private, lockable room with a toilet, sink, and shower.
Infrastructure
Work included abatement, MEP improvements to convert existing electric water heaters to gas units, and a DOAS to the building corridors with new make-up air units on the roof.
Fast-Track Schedule
Construction took place on a fast-track schedule during the summer recess.
