Project Scope

Surgical Expansion
Delivered under a GMP, this ASC was incorporated into the second floor of a MOB. The space holds (4) ORs, (1) procedure room, (15) pre-op/recovery stations, and ancillary space.
MEP Upgrades
Work included a 300kW diesel fired standby generator, automatic transfer switch, and enclosure.
Healthcare Compliance
The facility was designed and constructed in accordance with the current rules, regulations, FGI guidelines, and codes adopted by the AHCA and the local AHJ.
