Project Scope

Renovation
A commercial space was converted into a sandwich shop through an efficient remodel.
Kitchen & BOH
The scope included selective demolition, new framing and drywall, custom millwork, kitchen equipment installation, painting, and updated lighting.
MEP Upgrades
MEP systems were also upgraded to meet modern standards and support the operational needs.
