Project Scope

Fit-Out
Rycon was selected to fit-out a new 2,500 sf high-intensity boxing studio developed by champion Floyd Mayweather. The workout space features free weights, cardio area, and boxing bags for various types of training/classes.
MEP Upgrades
The scope included MEP modifications, HVAC RTU installation, finishes and interior graphics, audio and visual soundproofing, and gym equipment installation.
Repeat Client
Rycon has completed nine projects for McCaffery.
