Project Scope

Phased Renovation
Rycon provided construction management services for a major renovation of a 90-year-old hospital. Phased work across six floors included generator upgrades, imaging, and advanced Legionella prevention technology.
Occupied Hospital
The fully occupied hospital and simultaneous projects posed significant scheduling and logistical challenges.
Infrastructure
Key infrastructure upgrades included replacing multiple AHUs, dual duct boxes, emergency generators, nurse call system, telemetry monitoring, and medical gas bulk storage facility.
