Project Scope

Ground-Up
This ground-up structure is comprised of concrete footers and slab, CMU walls, metal roof, and stucco exterior finish with associated MEPs.
Living Quarters
This facility functions as a dorm for union members during hurricane emergency repair efforts and also serves as a lineman training facility. The interior features two sleeping quarters with 32 beds, laundry room, locker rooms with showers, a single-bedroom unit, and a shared kitchen/lounge.
Site Work
Site work included grading, utilities, and paving along with nine (9) RV 10’x20’ concrete parking pads for temporary use during emergency and education events.
