Renovation
Rycon handled this partial third floor renovation with an existing mixed-use building.
MEP Upgrades
Work included selective demo, doors/frames/hardware, demountable partitions, carpeting, paint, tile, ceilings, MEP upgrades, and fire sprinkler modifications.
Craftworks USA
The space holds a cafe, open and private offices, conference rooms, collaboration area, and reception. Custom casework was fabricated by Rycon’s Craftworks USA.
