Infrastructure
The scope of work consisted of selective demolition, MEP and HVAC upgrades including new RTUs, generator, finishes, and fire alarm system.
Parking Lot Upgrades
Exterior work included ADA parking, paving/restriping, curbs/sidewalks, bollards, concrete slab for the generator, and stormwater improvements.
