Project Scope

Renovation
This project featured a comprehensive renovation of the men’s and women’s basketball locker rooms, the volleyball locker room, adjacent lounge and meeting areas, and the connecting corridor from the gymnasium.
Restrooms & Showers
Upgrades included modern showers and restrooms, larger custom locker units, new flooring, lighting, and branded graphics throughout, highlighted by distinctive Serpentina ceiling waves.
Repeat Client
Rycon has been providing construction services for Duquesne University for more than 20 years.
