Project Scope
Demolition
Work included demolition of an existing vacant building, site work, structural concrete, concrete masonry unit, structural/miscellaneous steel, glazing, drywall, and MEP’s.
Mezzanine
The building holds three (3) service bays, a sales floor with reception and lounge, restrooms, offices, a mezzanine, tire storage, and an air check canopy.
