A former two-story book store was converted into a new Burlington.
Project Scope
Elevator & Escalator
The scope of work included installing two new elevators and two new escalators, full demolition of existing finishes and interior partitions, new AHUs, electrical fit-out, and other interior improvements.
Facade Upgrades
Exterior work involved facade updates and an addition of a loading dock. Throughout construction, the adjacent Starbucks remained fully operational. A separation partition was installed to eliminate disruptions.
