Project Scope

Ground-Up
These ground-up structures are comprised of a masonry shell with steel bar joists and PVC roof membrane. The aluminum entrance and storefronts are cold formed metal framing.
Retail Interior
Interior work consisted of furring out the shell with metal framing and drywall. Flooring is a blend of VCT in the sales area and sealed concrete elsewhere. Other scope included plumbing to service the restrooms, RTU’s, and electrical service.
Site Work
Site work included grading, site utilities (water/storm/sanitary/electrical), and asphalt/concrete pavement.
