Project Scope

Ground-Up
Rycon provided preconstruction and construction management services for a new Class A, 104,000 sf, four-story urban flex office building on an Act 2 brownfield site. This project was part of a larger redevelopment initiative featuring multiple ground-up buildings.
Parking Garage
The work included a 26,500 sf garage street-level garage and surface parking.
LEED Gold
The project received LEED Gold Certification and is WELL Health-Safety rated.
