Project Scope

Occupied High-Rise
Located on the 24th floor of the occupied 1111 Superior high-rise in downtown Cleveland, this project consisted of demo and upgrade of the HVAC and electrical systems with modifications of the existing sprinklers, plumbing, and fire alarm.
Office Interiors
The office features conference rooms, collaboration areas, 25 private offices with epoxy-painted walls that double as whiteboards, and a cafe. The offices align with the break wall facing Lake Erie, set on a subtle two-degree angle. Most of the space is open to the deck above with exposed columns.
Craftworks USA
Rycon’s Craftworks USA fabricated and shipped custom pieces included soundproofed phone booths, circular shaped seating booths, decorative metal panels, and a reception desk.
