This project entailed an 11,000 sq. ft. interior renovation of levels 1 and 2 along with selective finish upgrades on level 3. The scope included selective demolition, new partitions/openings, finishes, equipment, incidental specialties, lighting, and mechanical system. Reconfiguration of the fire suppression sprinklers and alarm system were also part of the project. The first floor features multiple huddle rooms on the perimeter, two centralized collaboration lounges, restrooms, and two large classrooms. The second floor faculty space holds three conference rooms, private offices, kitchenette, two central collaboration lounges, restrooms, and reception.
