Project Scope
Vertical Expansion
The expansion added four floors to an occupied building, requiring steel reinforcement with protective enclosures and constant coordination to ensure safety.
Skywalk
A skywalk was constructed to connect the new annex floors to the courthouse. To reduce disruptions, Rycon and its steel erector built the bridge on the ground and executed a carefully planned lift, limiting the street closure to just one day.
