Project Scope

Renovation
This renovation included asbestos abatement along with upgrades to the MEP systems. HVAC improvements were implemented, and interior enhancements featured new ceilings, lighting, flooring, and paint.
Roof Replacement
Exterior work involved a roof replacement. Approximately 1,000 sf of masonry wall was removed to accommodate new windows, and an additional 1,000 sf of office space was constructed beneath an existing overhang. Two emergency generators were also installed.
Phased
The project was executed in multiple phases to minimize disruption while maintaining safety for all occupants.
