Three Ground-Up Buildings

This two-phase project included Quick Turnaround (QTA) facilities for rental car companies’ vehicle washing and fueling. It features three buildings with cast-in-place concrete foundations, slab-on-grade, load-bearing masonry walls, steel joists, and metal decking. The facades feature decorative masonry, storefront glazing, and aluminum composite panels.

Car Washes

Interior spaces include three offices per building, restrooms, and customer waiting area. BOH areas feature maintenance shops and automatic car wash stations for each rental facility.

Fuel System

Site work included individual fuel dispensing systems for each building, with fuel canopies built on heavy-duty concrete slabs. The compound features asphalt paving, landscaping with irrigation, and is secured by perimeter fencing, gates, spikes, and barriers at all entry and exit points.
