Renovation
This project involved a refresh of the men’s and women’s restrooms and locker rooms at Delta Cargo within an active airport environment.
Selective Demolition
The scope began with selective demolition, including removal of existing walls, restroom fixtures, accessories, lockers, and one door with infill. Plumbing and electrical systems were selectively cut and rerouted as needed.
Restroom Upgrade
New restroom fixtures, accessories, and lockers were installed, along with updated plumbing connections for fixtures. Work also included installation of new ceiling tiles, lighting, and fire sprinkler components, new wall base to match existing conditions, and wall patch/paint.
