Conversion
An existing two-story Sears was converted into a new Dick’s Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, T.J. Maxx, and tenant space.
Project Scope
Phased
Phase 1 included demo of the former store and interior fit-out, including demising walls for future tenant spaces, a landlord room, and common egress corridors across both floors. Phase 2 included the build-out of T.J. Maxx consisting of demising walls, partitions, floor moisture mitigation, and finishes.
Facade Upgrades
New storefront, windows, facades, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression were installed.
