Project Scope

Redevelopment
Rycon provided precon and construction management services to redevelop an outdated shopping center including the new shell of three (3) outparcels, pad preparation for two (2) future buildings, and improvements to the parking lot.
Site Work
The scope consisted of major site work, demo, concrete, masonry, structural steel, rough carpentry, roofing, doors and hardware, stucco, EIFS, gypsum board and framing, flooring, painting, bathroom accessories, fire suppression systems, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire alarm.
Repeat Client
Rycon has been providing nationwide construction services for Brixmor Property Group since 2017.
