Project Scope
Dock Doors
The scope of work involved replacing 16 loading dock doors, installing new dock seals and pads, safety gates, and interior/exterior occupancy sensor lighting. Rycon also created properly sized new or retrofitted dock levelers and leveler pits.
Security Gate
Additional work included supplying two new trash compactors, replacing all exterior man doors, applying window film, and removing and replacing joint caulking for precast concrete panel joints. Security enhancements featured a new entry gate with a closed-circuit camera and intercom system.
