Fit-Outs
Rycon was selected to build-out spec offices including Rycon’s Washington, DC office within this new Class A office.
Office Interiors
Work included polished concrete floors, terrazzo flooring, fabric wrapped acoustical baffles, quartz countertops, conference rooms, a basketball court with raised flooring, glass partitions and entrance doors, drywall partitions, and finishes.
MEP Upgrades
Code compliant MEP work included mechanical, plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire, and life safety.
