Project Scope

Ground-Up
This project entailed a ground-up retail outparcel designed as a warm gray shell. The steel structure’s exterior finishes include brick, EIFS, metal coping, metal awning, paint, and storefront.
Drive-Thru
The building holds four (4) suites averaging 1,500 sf each. Suite 101 was constructed with a drive-thru.
Repeat Client
Rycon has provided nationwide construction services to Phillips Edison since 2013.
