Project Scope

Renovation
Rycon completed an upgrade across the ground, first, and second floors. Improvements featured new carpeting, access doors, and fresh paint throughout.
Interior Finishes
The reception was upgraded with new flooring, ceilings, paint, lighting, glass partitions, and graphics. Meeting and principal offices received new finishes and glass partitions, while the toddler room and teacher’s office were refreshed with updated finishes, restroom upgrades, and two-way vision glass.
Craftworks USA
Rycon’s in-house Craftworks USA fabricated a custom reception desk, shelving, pantry, bench seating, and cubby area.
