Project Scope

Ground-Up
Rycon was awarded the construction of a new one-story medical office building core/shell.
HVAC Infrastructure
The structure consists of steel joists and decking, concrete, and masonry, supported by seven (7) RTUs to meet the demands of medical operations.
Site Work
Site work consisted of asphalt parking, landscaping, and hardscaping.
