Project Scope

Ground-Up
Three ground-up structures are made up of concrete footings/foundation, structural steel, masonry veneer, membrane roofing, and MEP systems. Site work included trash enclosures, metal railings, landscaping/hardscaping, and lighting.
Renovations
The renovation scope for two sites included demolition, structural modifications, front and back-of-house improvements, and MEP upgrades.
Drive-Thru
Each location features a drive-thru, indoor and outdoor patio seating, specialty equipment, stained concrete flooring, and wall covering/graphics.
