The company has evolved from a small interior contractor, started by Todd Dominick and Bill Taylor, to a national firm that completes over $1.1 billion annually across eight offices and multiple market sectors.

Lou F. Ferraro

Co-President, Pittsburgh

Oversees Rycon’s safety/risk program, self-performed labor operations, field operations, and Building Group which handles projects up to $300 million.

Stephen D. Kosmer

Co-President, Pittsburgh

Oversees the Cannabis Division, the Service Division, the Architectural Woodwork & Specialty Fabrication Division, and the Special Projects Group which handles small to mid-size, interior renovations and new construction.

James V. Celmo

Executive Vice President of Field Operations, Pittsburgh

Responsible for supervising superintendents, field staff, and warehouse operations.

Patrick E. Stone

Senior Vice President of Operations, Pittsburgh

Responsible for the overall oversight of all Building Group projects, project management teams, the entire construction process, quality control and financial reporting for the Pittsburgh Division.

Tom Hacke

Vice President of Operations, Pittsburgh

Responsible for the general oversight of all Building Group projects (up to $300 million mixed-use developments) and project management teams within his division as well as the entire construction process and quality control.

Jim Froehlich

Vice President of Special Projects, Pittsburgh

Oversees the operational side of Rycon’s Special Projects Group which handles small to mid-size, interior renovations and new construction throughout the United States.
