Christ the Teacher Hall at Franciscan University of Steubenville Groundbreaking

A groundbreaking ceremony was recently held at Franciscan University of Steubenville to commemorate the start of construction on the new Christ the Teacher Academic Building. Rycon is honored to be the construction manager for the University’s first new academic building constructed on the campus in 20 years.
 
The new academic building will be 110,700 sq. ft. and will include an admissions welcome center, boardroom, conference center, tiered lecture hall, state-of-the-art nursing labs, and specialized engineering labs. The structure will also house a chapel, an event space, classrooms, collaboration lounges, a commercial kitchen, an exterior plaza, and a café.
