A workshop with a concrete floor, equipped with woodworking machinery, a sink, and several workbenches.

Rycon completed a 4,500 sf addition and 6,000 sf renovation at Normandy High School in Parma, OH to support the school’s Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs.

The addition expands the carpentry and auto tech labs with new space for a tool crib, paint booth, mix lab, and air compressor area. The structure features structural steel, masonry, metal panels, and stone panels. Renovations to the existing auto collision lab and classrooms included MEP upgrades and a new ADA‑accessible main entrance.
