Topping Out Ceremony at 75 Hopper Place

A topping out ceremony was held yesterday for 75 Hopper Place, a new class A six-story flex office building within the 3 Crossings Development in Pittsburgh’s Strip District. Representatives from Oxford Development Company, WTW Architects, and local government including Mayor Bill Peduto gathered to celebrate this milestone.
