Rycon completed a new, 124,000 sq. ft. retail redevelopment, The Collection at Brandon Boulevard, located in Brandon, FL, 11 miles E of Tampa. Construction featured the demolition of a former Kmart, which was then rebuilt using the tilt wall technique into a shopping center with new site utilities and parking.
