Bon Appetit – Rena’s Italian Fishery & Grill is complete! Members of Rycon enjoyed a celebratory meal after completing a fit-out for this new eatery within The Maxwell, a new $8 million mixed-use development also constructed by Rycon. The 9,700 sq. ft. restaurant is spread throughout four (4) suites on two floors. The first floor consists of a 1,700 sq. ft. kitchen and 3,000 sq. ft. assembly/seating area while the second floor has a 1,600 sq. ft. kitchen and a 3,300 sq. ft. assembly/seating area. We enjoyed working with the Owner, Crust Pasta & Pizzeria, architect, Pieper O’Brien Herr Architects, and engineer, Proficient Engineering, Inc.
